Extreme Materials, Across Scales.

At the FRL, we explore the fundamental science of materials pushed to their limits. We use theory and simulation to study the physics and chemistry of materials under extreme conditions.

We also like to build models that link the molecular world with macroscopic phenomena using various scale-coupling and hierarchical strategies. This approach allows us to tackle complex challenges.
